Lean Start Up – How to improve the success of new start ups or new product/ service launches

UDAY THAKKAR

Duration 90 mins + Questions and Networking

Lean Start Up is a methodology to improve the success of launching new businesses as well as improving the efficiency of existing businesses. Though closely identified with technology start-ups the technique originates from manufacturing and is applicable to all types, sizes and stages of business.

The workshop will look at the basics of the Lean Start Up methodology and how it improves the success of your enterprise.

We will also look at how the methodology works with the Business Model Canvas, a great tool to help you understand and manage every aspect of your enterprise better.
